Gpu not recognising on Task manager

Hi, I have just installed all my drivers on my new pc and am now installing other programs. I have installed the GeForce experience driver for my 1070ti however in task manager the GPU shows up on performance but not processes. Additionally, when I am installing a game it says 30% of the GPU is being used, is this normal? And if so why does it occur.

Right click on one of the columns like Name/Status > select GPU

Could be. Never paid attention. Some softwares utilize hardware acceleration that uses GPU instead of CPU. If your game performance is okay, don't mind these things.
