I have an RTX 2080Ti, It's been working well enough for about a month but this morning when I started up PathofExile and went into the first map my whole PC Froze the screen went to weird colors like low color count, colored squares scattered across the screen and OX XO's all over the place computer didn't respond to anything so I turned it off with the power button. When I started it up next it's running on 800x600 res and GPU Tweak says "Load vendor.dll Fail. Please install VGA Driver." So I did that, Clean. No change. GPU-Z sees the 2080Ti but says 0MB of memory and 0MHz Clock. Not sure if related but If I increase my Resolution in Control Panel I get these little colored horizontal lines on the display. The Graphics Card is all lit up and fans running.
