Question Gpu not showing Display

Hey I was wondering if it’s possible to fix gpu output ports? gpu turns on and light up, also fans work but I get no display. I was wondering if it’s possible to fix the ports because I have a feeling thats the problem?

Was the GPU previously working okay or has it only just been installed?
