Question GPU not spinning/no signal

Hello,

My specs are:

R5 2600x

RX 570 Saphire 8gb

16gb ddr4 Crucial ballistix 3000mhz

SeaSonic core gm 650w

The problem is when i plug everything in it spins fine, just not the gpu. I bought the PSU today so it's fine, but the gpu doesn't spin. When I plug in the hdmi it says ni signal. Please help

Make and model of your motherboard? Which slots are the rams(assuming you have a dual channel ram kit and not a single stick of ram) populating on the motherboard? Is the GPU second hand? Was the system powered by another PSU since you mentioned buying the PSU today...?

The motherboard is ASRock AB 350M-Hdv. GPU I only used for around a year was bought brand new. The old psu I had was corsair cx 550m, but it broke and bought a new one today.
