[SOLVED] Gpu not stable and gets lower fps once i play and stop a game.

Cpu- ryzen 7 3800x
Motherboard- asrock x570 steel legend
Ram- corsair dominator 3600cl14
Gpu- zotac rtx 2080 amp extreme

so i have no idea if this has always happened or what but i will start my pc load 3dmark and my score is like 12350something like 78fps first test and 73fos the second test. and i can pass every single stress test i throw at my pc. my over clock is only 75+ core clock and 800+ memory clock. now if i load anygame and play for even one min and close out and go back to 3d mark, for one i dont pass a stress test to save my life and also my score drop to the 11900 around 75fps the first test and 70fos the second test. i have my fans going almost 100 percent as my temps on my card have been 55c to 60c so not that hot at all. so i legit have no idea what the hell is going on.

3 fps difference is insignificant. RTX starts dropping its clock after 40C.

My 2080Ti drops from 2130Mhz to 2085Mhz at 40C and then to 2055Mhz at 60C where it stays there.

There is nothing wrong with your system its completely normal.

i understand all of that, 3fps in 3dmark is about 10 or so fps in my games. i'm more worried about how my gpu becomes unstable and cant pass anything when i'm done playing a game even when my temps are no where near hot

Yes the 3D mark stress test fails. And it’s Corsair rm750x black label

if you are not passing stress test your oc is to aggressive

Probably need to either lower the core clock or drop it completely.
Turing and Pascal gain more from memory overclocks anyway.

So then why can I pass stress test all day before I play a game but right when I Load out of a game and try it I fail
