Question Gpu not using gen 3

Hello guys!
I have sapphire plus rx560 4gb on with i3 4150 on asus h81mc motherboard and it supports pcie3.0 but cant see it in bios or how to change it.
GPU-z and AMD software shows it supports pci3.0.Can someone help me how to change pcie x8 2.0 to x8 3.0

manual said pcie 2.0. where did you see 3.0?
