Hi, so I have an issue with my GPU and why nothing is showing on myour monitor. So I watched a video on how to build a cheap $250 console killer PC. The steps are simple
>buy a pre-built computer equipped with an I5-2400 and no OS for $99
>Buy an MSI RADEON RX460 2GB GDDR5 OC Edition gpu for $99
>buy 4 more GB of ram
>and the OS
So I ended up following the steps and now I have the pc with everything, the only problem is that the GPU doesn't seems to show anything on my monitor. The box says the system requirements are 8GB of ram, check, 400w supply, at first no but now yes (I'll explain). So at first I thought the problem was the 260w PSU. Fundamentally the gpu wasn't getting enough power. So I upgraded to a 400W PSU and still nothing. Either this GPU requires more power, or its broken. Or perhaps something else. I was told this certain gpu only uses up to 75w to 100w. And I only have tworked data cables being used for the HDD and DVD reader. What would you pc wizards think the problem could be?
Things to keep in mind:
I used an older GPU
MSI Radeon R4350 and the start up screen does come up, but I'm sure that gpu is much older and requires less wattage usage than the Rx460
