Question GPU not working in my PC but works in my friend's PC

I have a gtx 1050ti. It worked for about a year and suddenly it stopped working in my PC. It was working in my friend's PC after a long boot. My gt 610 is working in my PC though along with the integrated graphics. When I inserted the 1050ti again and booted up it wasn't working as it showed no signal but the integrated graphics was working but was turning on and off constantly. I don't know what the problem is. Is my psu not supplying enough power maybe because it has become old? or is it my motherboard?

Processor: Intel i3-4160
Motherboard: Gigabyte h81M-gaming 3
Ram: 8GB
PSU: Coolwe Master Power Supply 350 watt RS-350-PSAR-13
OS: Windows 8.1 pro

GPU working: gt 610
GPU not working: gtx 1050ti
