Hi so recently I finished my first pc build. Everything runs fine except for when I try to play any games on steam, or fortnite, etc. Here is a link to a video I made showing what happened. Btw my driver's are all fully up to date. https://youtu.be/tpqV3h8N4C0

Solution
^ not sure what difference that makes.

You bought a gpu second hand , its faulty .

Try afterburner , try dropping the core & memory clocks a touch.

The real solution is to get the guy you bought it off to rma it , these cards come with a minimum 2 year warranty, most have 3 year warranties , so its still within the guarantee period.

Either that or suck up the loss & purchase another carf.

My psu can be found here: Seasonic S12II 620 BRONZE, SS-620GB  Power Supply https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003BIEOCI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_LmD4AbB26F6DP. My GPU I bought used about 2 months ago. I am able to access YouTube btw, just games don't function.

I would say it is really bad idea to buy used video card right now. The crypto miners have ran these thing hard 24x7 in past 6 months, and they are probably looking to dump them now and cut their losses. Buying used puts you at a significant risk of getting one that is failing in their mining rig.
