Question GPU not working properly ?

I am able to run furmark

850W is the advertised wattage of the PSU, while Golden might be an abbreviation of Goldenfield(a generic, bad build quality Chinese brand) or you meant to say it's 80+Gold rated, neither of which help identify the PSU in your build. Please mention the make and model of the unit as well as it's age. Is this the motherboard you're working with or do you have the -HDV R4 variant? Link to your ram used on the build?

We could use a picture or a video of the gameplay with green dots as you've stated, chances are that the GPU is either on it's way out or that it's being fed with suboptimal power.
