Question GPU NOT WORKING WHEN IN PC?

Hi I have an issue with my PC. My PC doesn't seem to turn on with my graphics card installed. But works perfectly fine without it? I’ve tried fiddling with it taking it out etc and putting it back in but it just doesn’t seem to help it still doesn’t work and I’m certain my GPU is perfectly fine not damaged?

Full pc spec please.

When the gpu is installed you do connect the monitor to the gpu and not the motherboard?

Put in your full system specs, including power supply brand and model along with details about the issue. Did the system work before? If it did what changed if anything? If it's a new system are all these parts new or used?

How are you able to run the PC without a GPU do you have an integrated gpu?Are you saying the PC boots up without it inserted into the mobo? Are you getting power to the GPU when its in the PC and you boot up?
