Question GPU not working

Hey guys. I got a bit of a problem and wondered if you could help. I just got a new mobo, CPU and RAM installed them. I'm using an old GTX 680.

Now to the problem. I plugged my monitor to the GPU (no, not the mobo) and started the computer. It turns on just fine but I instantly notice that the resolution is all wonky. I go to system specs and it says there's no GPU. I go to the system manager and same thing basically, it's hidden and isn't supposedly installed. What's up and how to proceed?

Did you install the graphics drivers for the GTX680 from Nvidia's website?

did you test it in anothers ystem it could be out so that why system does not detect it and made sure it receive power from psu .
