gpu not workinjg properly

i have msi eadeon rx 460 2 gb oc graphics card... i bought it at may this year.... at first it seemed to work fine... i used to gaame with it ... there was no lag... but later warframe( a game) started to lag.. earlier it didnt lag adnd i got a fps of 120 earlier and now i am getting only 30... i am unable to play any games...plz help

my specs:
4 gb ram
i5 2320@3 ghz quad core processor
msi radeon rx 460 2 gb gpu
intel DH61WW motherboard

my card is suitable for this board and i was able to run all the games fine earlier and my drivers r upto date too

It sounds like some settings changed. Check your windows radeon settings and your in-game settings.

@alceryes.... My game settings r the same and I tried turning it to low too... But yet it lags... And wat do u mean by windows radeon settings ?

Yea Everything in radeon settings seem to fine and normal

Did you try turning down some settings like anti-aliasing or texture filtering?
Maybe those were lower previously and some other software raised them. Radeon settings can be set to override whatever you see in your game. Try resetting those to default.

Also try a full driver uninstall and reinstall of the latest 17.9.1.

I am unable to open my radeon settings now.... It's hpning pretty often... Shld GPU scaling be off or on

Boot into windows and completely uninstall radeon drivers and any other graphics card softwares (rivatuner, etc.).
Reboot and install the 17.9.1 driver set.

If the above doesn't work do it again but start with - reseting your BIOS to default.

I did as u told and the radeon settings work... Same hpns two days back and I did ... So wat do I do now

ok so i tested my gpu by playing warframe... it gave me 30 fps at low but is used to give 230 fps at high before... and is supposed to give atleast 120 fps at high... can somebody help me pz.. i am unable to game becoz of lags
