So i recently built a pc with a msi gtx 1650 super gaming x, b450 tomahawk max, amd ryzen 5 3600, 1 exhaust and 1 intake fan, 16gb ram. But after a week of playing i saw this on the back of the gpu. I read about it and i seen a lot of people say is oil from gpu and is normal, my temperatures are 50-70 when playing overwatch, csgo, and valorant at medium-high settings. I wanted to know what that is and if it is okay to leave that there?

Solution
Oil from the thermal pads that aren't visible. It's harmless.
You may be able to get it off with some alcohol and elbow grease, but as I said, it's not doing any harm.
