If its running the gt 640 fine, it should run the 750 ti also.

That PSU looks more like a firestarter than an expensive paper weight. It shouldn't be anywhere near your PC. My answer is no simply because it's not supposed to power a PC at all.

I have gt 640 now. as i read in official website gt 640 needs minimum of 350 watt and maximum usage is 75. then i checked about gtx 750 ti and it needs min 300 and maximum watt usage is 60. so if it can handle gt 640 why not 750 ti tho
