Will a GTX 750Ti 2GB work with an 350 watt Codegen PSU?

That PSU looks more like a firestarter than an expensive paper weight. It shouldn't be anywhere near your PC. My answer is no simply because it's not supposed to power a PC at all.

I have gt 640 now. as i read in official website gt 640 needs minimum of 350 watt and maximum usage is 75. then i checked about gtx 750 ti and it needs min 300 and maximum watt usage is 60. so if it can handle gt 640 why not 750 ti tho

If its running the gt 640 fine, it should run the 750 ti also.

Lutfij was just pointing out that its potentially a bad quality psu.
