well according to https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813182336&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleKWLess&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleKWLess-_-DSA-_-CategoryPages-_-NA&gclid=CjwKCAjwma3ZBRBwEiwA-CsblF5SKSHioYnjEYulEleN-qXyuTAtzm3_-6Gtg5f3XNgouLnmt_DuNBoCgTwQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, one PCI-E 3.0 x4 (in x8) slots, one PCIe 2.0 x4 (in x8) slot and one PCI slot support a range of I/O expansion cards and discrete graphics cards for flexible expansion.

That the good news.

Will the flash Bios upgrade make become UEFI ? I doubt it does unless it is UEFI before. and that is a big need to check before getting a 1070 for that system because the GX 1070 video card needs UEFI BIOS. Or it will not run on your motherboard.

looking at...
Technically yes, but it´s always dependent on the BIOS/Uefi installed. Flash the latest to it before installing the GTX 1070.

Create a bootable USB DOS drive
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v52SOvP93Xc

copy the extracted files from the zip to it

boot from USB

type: flash.BAT X9SRA5_116
enter

flashing should start

4. Do not interrupt the process until the flashing is complete.

5. After you see the message of BIOS has completed the update, unplug the AC, clear the CMOS and plug in the AC and power on the system.

6. Go to the BIOS setup screen and press F9 to load the default and press F10 to save and exit.

Which power supply are you using? brand and model please

looking at reviews and comments on that board, there is ALOT of commentaries about need to use/upgrade to BIOS Version 3.
I would begin with upgrading Bios for sure.
