GPU options for an older Dell Inspiron 620

Hello, I recently inherited a 4 year old Dell (Intel Core i5-2320 with Radeon HD 6450). I would like to upgrade the video card to breathe some life into its gaming capabilities which will be mostly for WoW or LoL and possibly Overwatch and Counter Strike. What would you recommend for a budget video card to fit this criteria? Preferably sub $120 range if possible but would spend more if its worth it. This machine does have 16GB of ram installed.
