GPU or CPU for streaming?

GPU - Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500

CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz

Since your Integrated Graphics aren't the BEST, I would try to start with the CPU and if it doesn't produce the result you want, you can try the GPU but i thing the CPU is your best bet
