I'm thinking to upgrade my i7 3770 12gb ddr3 ram to r5 3600 Ddr4 8gb, i have a gtx 660. Or should I upgrade the gpu from gtx 660 to gtx 1660 6gb,which is better upgrade, as my budget is fixed for only one upgrade .

If you can only do one upgrade right now, and gaming is your primary purpose, then upgrading the graphics card is going to net you a lot more than the CPU. Upgrading your CPU isn't going to net you anything at all if you still have that old weak graphics card because your CPU is already more than capable enough to support it. Conversely, your 3770 is also capable enough to support that 1660, so that is the only upgrade that makes sense at the moment. Then, when you are able, upgrading the CPU as well later on wouldn't hurt.

Hi everyone thanks for for your help, one more confusion with the gpu, two gpu in my budget. zotac gtx 1660 ti amp edition or asus rtx 2060 6gb Phoenix edition, which is good option, as both are in the same price point, my monitor is acer 20inch 1080p 75 hertz monitor. Only for gaming, i play gta 5, nfs payback, forza horizon 4, assassin's creed odyssey, bfv 5 and pubg mobile. And one more thing zotac offers 5 years warranty and asus has only 3 years warranty, zotac has good 2 fans cooler and asus has a single fan cooling my room is quite Hot, no air-conditioning, ambient temperature is around 28 to 30 degree, have Iball Black Stallion cabinet with all fans installed.
