[SOLVED] GPU or CPU?

So I have an i3 7100 and GTX 1050ti. I also have a budgeted $400 (Plus tax). I Want to Upgrade the i3 to Ryzen 2700x but the 1050ti will Bottleneck it. And I also want to upgrade the 1050ti to a 1070ti but the i3 would bottleneck it. I plan on using this pc for Streaming games with low settings for higher fps. I'm not sure what to upgrade, please answer.

If you're planning on streaming you would most likely benefit more from a more powerful cpu.

If you plan on streaming I would definitely start with upgrading to a Ryzen system first. Streaming requires more CPU power than it does GPU. The 1050ti will also benefit from a faster CPU.

yes 2700x will bottleneck 1050Ti, however.
get CPU first, left over juice from CPU, u can use it for background work(streaming and all) while gaming.

1050ti will give you good FPS at 1080p high
