Solution
Better the PG because of gsync with a nvidia card.
The 1060 is pretty good for 1080p. At ultra you wont get 144fps but with gsync you just have to worry keeping it above 60fps and it will be fine.
Later you can buy a better nVidia card.
First of all, what games do you play? For First Person shooters a 144Hz monitor is a fine choice. For 1080p you will be fine with your card and a new 1080p 144Hz Monitor with freesync.
Anything with g-sync will cost you a lot more.
I am personally not a fan of curved monitors for fps games. But for racing games they are cool and for most games that dont need fast action 60/75Hz will do.
If you plan on playing something like Battlefield 1 1080p 144Hz all maxed out you need a new card. I got a 144Hz monitor and a gtx 1070 and get barelly to 144Hz without g-sync. But I dont notice any tearing unlike my old 60Hz monitor.
But your gpu will manage with fairly high settings.
Anyway we need a bit more info on what you plan on playing.

Or this! I want use that FPS/Hz gap for this monitors! For G2460 35-144Hz via DisplayPort; 35-120Hz via HDMI and LFC support!
But i need better GPU for better FPS too! RX VEGA 56 is so expensive right now

The Acer XF240H is also a pretty good monitor. Check the availability in your country.
But the 1060 just wont cut it to 144fps 1080p everything max on BF1 for example. My 1070 struggles to get there. Always above 130fps though(average 138/140fps).
You can get to 140+ fps with a 1060 but not all maxed out.

So G2460PG and GTX 1060 can be good combo for medium/high gaming? Later i can upgrade my GPU to GTX 1070 or (GTX 1070 Ti) if rumors true! Or better G2460PF (freesync) with some my AMD card now and latter upgrade to RX 480/580 or RX Vega 56.
