Question gpu or monitor

hi everyone, was wondering if anyone can help me, i'm getting 3 bios beeps when turning on my pc 1 long and 2 short still boots up but only after windows has loaded, but i don't get the bios beeps when i hdmi to my partners samsung tele, could it be possible that i need a new monitor with a better refresh rate? i have a 60hz monitor but its over 10 years old. my graphics card is a nividia geforce gtx 1050 ti.

Some results came up when I googled the beep error code

One long beep and 2 short beeps is a video card error, or maybe can either be a bad memory issue as well. Bad or improperly seated RAM. I doubt this has anything to do with your Monitor or refresh rate, IMO.

Indicates a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information.
