Question GPU or PSU buzzing

Is it possible for GPUs to make two different coil whine sounds? I know of one that is surely made by the GPU as it happens with high framerates (80+ or so) but I am not sure if this second buzzing sound is made by the GPU or the PSU underneath it. And it is not the GPU's fans as they were off while I was checking it out.

Turn on the voice recorder on your phone or mic , keep it close to the gpu (where the power cables plug in, and then near the IO) when it's whining, then take it away and put it near the psu (where the switch is) Play it back see when the sound waves change, or when you can hear it. You'll be able to find oth where it's from
