Just built my new rig specs below primarily for gaming and some 2D cad work, nothing overclocked as yet
- ASUS z170 SABERTOOTH MARK1 MOBO
- i7 6700k
- 16Gb corsair dominator platinum RAM
- Gigabyte GTX 980 ti gaming GPU
- 512gb Samsung 950 SSD
- Corsair RMx750 Gold PSU
- Creative ZX sound card
- H100iGTX cpu cooler

I didn't bother with a HDD as I have huge 8TB NAS as the Wife does graphic design and video stuff

All was going swimmingly until yesterday when the computer started to cut out then reboots itself, no blue screen, just cuts out then restarts.

I have updated the BIOS and the CPU and memory flew through 12hrs of prime95 torture test got up to 77'c but no errors. When I run Furmark stress test it cuts out again. The GPU was getting up to 77' and according to HWmonitor the fans were cutting in and throttling up ok.

Not being an expert on this is there anything else I can do to narrow this down or is the next step to go out and buy another PSU, I don't think it is CPU, MOBO, RAM related but any advice would be appreciated

Solution
Sounds graphics related to me.
Try updating the graphics driver.
If you are current, try installing a back level driver or a beta driver.

If your graphics card is overclocked, back that off.

After a little more hunting I used the DDU utility and completely reinstalled all the latest Drivers and GeForce utilities, seems to have cured it. also ran the heaven and valley benchmarks, and they were good.
