Last November I got an MSI N660 TF 2GD5 and it worked perfectly for about 6 months when suddenly games were artifacting like crazy and the drivers would crash. I thought it might be a driver issue since there was a driver update the day before so I uninstalled and rolled back to the previous version with no luck. Even did clean installs and still the same problems occured. Tried various fixes people had posted about similar problems but nothing.
I wasn't able to pay for shipping for the RMA for a while but just recently RMA'd it and got it back earlier today. After testing out a few games the crashes started again. War Thunder threw an "out of video memory" error and BF4 just quit. Furmark crashes after ~30 seconds and all 3 say that the display driver stopped responding.

In GPU Shark when running Furmark it says "GPU power rimit reached" which makes me now think it may be a PSU problem? I have a SeaSonic M12II 620w.
I ran an old 6570 for the few months between when it started and I could RMA it and had zero problems so I don't believe it's any other component. Pretty much at a loss here. Does MSI just suck? Is my PSU bad?
