Question GPU Over Heating and turning off

While playing games my GPU will randomly turn off, with no display and the LEDs turning off. Using EVGA precision it seems to happen when my GPU reaches 80-81 degrees, I've tried cleaning the fans, settings the fans to 100% but it always just turns off at 81°

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: EVGA’s XC Ultra 2080
Mother Board: ROG STRIX B450-I GAMING (AM4)
Ram: 16 gb ddr4
PSU: 650w
