[SOLVED] GPU Over Heating????.No Display..Heating PCB Woking...

My Pc Worked Perfectly...But When I turned It On Yesterday Morning Its Gone(No Signal To The Monitor)...There Was No Any Weird Dots Or Lines In My Display When It Worked Fine....Then I Went To a Repairing Guy(No Warranty Available At The Moment) And He Just Heat The PCB And VGA Worked Perfectly...Today The Same...Its No Display Again.And No Glitches Or Lines..What To Do..Sry For My Bad English...
My Specs:
Xeon l5410 2.33Ghz
Zotac GTX 760 OC
8GB Ram
And a 650W psu

Most likely thing the card is bad, test it in another system. If by heat the PCB you mean he did a solder reflow, that is basically a last attempt to fix a card that is bad. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Usually not.
