GPU overclock without voltage raising?

can a gpu be damaged even if Voltage is not touched oc is stable and temps are within safe range?

No, GPUs and CPUs can only be physically damaged from excessive heat when overclocking. Without touching voltage, your only real risk is the drivers crashing and then restarting (or at worst a bluescreen). As long as you stay within safe thermals, I wouldn't worry about pushing the voltage either.

I'll second that. The worst you'll have if you don't have enough voltage on an overclock is instability in your system with regards to the display having artifacts and whatnot. Damage is cause by excessive voltage and/or heat.
