GPU overclocking advice

Hi,
I am interested in overclocking my GPU, but am a little hesitant because Ive never done this before and do not wanna damage it. I currently have Asus GPU tweak.

GPU= Asus Radeon HD7850 DirectCU2

Any help at all would be appreciated

Download unigine 4 and install it thet start raising
Your gpu clock speed 5 mhz and run unigine save the benchmark the again raise clock speed 5 mhz
Run unigine save benchmark when you see stuttering it mwans your card reach highest speed woth on stock volts when this happens drop clock speed then start doing the same with the memory speed if you want ti go higher tou gave to tweak voltage .. put your fan manual to run at 90 -100% when you run unigine
