[SOLVED] Gpu Overheating for no reason?

Hello. Yesterday while I was doing nothing I found that my gpu temp rised a lot. Opened task bar, looked at gpu usage and it was 0%. then opened Firestorm(I have zotac gpu) and saw that gpu and memory clock was really high like it is when playing game with ultra graphics. I just confused.... then the gpu and memory clock went down and gpu temp too. so I relaxed but about an hour later same thing happened while having gpu idle. So Guys what do you thing what could that be : a virus or somebody secretly mining with my gpu? but how if usage is 0%?
