Gpu overheating issues

My Sapphire r7 250 gddr5 2GB GPU is overheating. It's average temp was 32-33C. But now it has increased to 66C. Is it a software problem so it is heating or it is an internal problem. All the cables are connected perfectly and the PC is running perfectly but it is overheating what should I do guys?

Overheating is relativ. I assume that 66C under full load would still be more than ok for this GPU.
Did you ever try to run a GPU stress test like "Furmark" and can post what happens if you do so?

That temp is fine if its under load.

No brother i didn't. But i will try now. But the thing is my gpu never crossed over 33C so why it's now getting that much hot?

You won't find a GPU even with a high performance water cooler that will result into only 33C under full load.
Thus let's review the results of the stress test. 😉
