Question GPU Overheating like crazy

Hello there, so basicly as the title says, my gpu is overheating like crazy and I dont know why. The specs are not so great but I'm planing on building a new pc soon:

CPU: AMD 5300-APU
GPU: GTX560
RAM : 6GB DDR3
SSD: KINGSTONE 120GB
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-HD3P
PSU : REDRAGON RGPS600W

Now, this is not a PSU problem, i've kept an eye on the temperatures of the GPU and, even while playing somewhat low-spec games like Wot, the fan of the GPU starts spinning like crazy (also) being very, very loud and the temperatures reach around 102-105 (shutdown) degrees celsius.
I've cleaned the GPU, blew the dust away, applied new thermal paste, etc etc and it still overheats and the fan is still going crazy.

What should I do so my GPU stops being on cocaine?
