GPU overheats can't even overclock

hi i have 5750 and i wanna overclock it but even when i don't overclock my gpu it overheats badly and goes up to 90c.
i cannot buy a fan for it here and i need you to guide me to decrease my gpu's temperture without buying a new fan.

Try increasing the airflow in your case by cleaning up your wires and and dust within the case. Then you can use ATI catalyst to increase the fan speed as wa1 mentioned doing.
