GPU Overvoltage and Power limit reached.

I got a msi gtx 750ti twin frozr oc card and recently started playing The Witcher 3, to reach a confortable 30 fps without frame drops i tried doing a overclock on msi Afterburner, i increased the core voltage to +18 mV, the core clock to +170 mhz and memory to +300 mhz. The game is now at the performance i feel confortable with, but i saw in the Afterburner monitor that the voltage and power limit were reached.
I want to know if thats something that could cause a problem to me. And btw the card temperature never goes above 50º at 99% usage.

No. Cards now look after themselves. They won't let your dial in an OC they don't like.

And 50C is way cool. Great card!
