GTX 750 Ti strix OC (2gb version)

I know that my GPU is not one of the bests but when I bought the PC everything worked fine. I had no lag in games (Such as watch dogs, I got 60 fps on high-medium there, now I get 40 on ultra low). It sucks really when I see on youtube that people play great games on ultra graphics without any problem on my card. Anyway please help me solve this problem. GPU drivers are up to date. Also cpu and ram usages are fine when playing.

PS: Note that MSAA even set to 2x kills my PC. Fps decreases by 50%.

Solution
msaa will kill a gpu like that, i had a 660 and on bf4 while playing with msaa (on ultra) id get about 40-45fps, with msaa off over 90fps, 660 isnt that much better than a 750ti to be honest, your cpu is not the bottleneck for sure, its possible that your new gpu drivers are the cause, ive had issues like this with nvidia drivers before, its not just amd (i have a gtx 970)

a 750 ti is a entry level card at 1080p

no AA of any kind on demanding games, med - high settings depending

did you recently change you monitor to a higher res one?

also do you monitor cpu temps?

No, I haven't changed my monitor and my cpu temp is 60 celsius while playing. (Googled it and it appears to be normal). Thanks for the reply.
