[SOLVED] GPU performing in the 0th percentile.

My GPU has been working fine for the last 1.5 years but over the last few weeks has been performing terribly. I have a Lenovo Legion Y540, has a Nvidia 2060 RTX graphics card.

My CPU is working fine, its just my GPU overheats and runs horribly. Any ideas how to fix? I already cleaned all the dust out of the fans.

if it overheating, clear it. redo the thermal paste.
