Question GPU Performing way below expectations?

i just ran a userbenchmark test and this is what it said for my card. It is a RTX Ventus 2080S

Any reason why? I am on the latest drivers, when i got the card i did use DDU. I never overclocked the card either..

did you click on it? its on imgur and I SS'D it from my computer, if you click on it, it looks normal

Trying to view on iPhone, don’t normally have any issue.
