Gpu pins won't fit into my motherboard

My gpu pins wont insert properly into my motherboard. I could fit the same card into the same motherboard before I switched my case. Now there is a slight gap at the end of the pins.
I removed the gpu fan so it would be easier to see.

It looks like you have an OEM (HP?) MB in a retail case. Sometimes proprietary OEM boards are slightly off from retail boards. Can you loosen the MB screws a bit and see if the board will slide enough to allow the card to seat? Or maybe pull on the rear of the case a bit to allow the card to seat? Or loosen the mtg. bracket on the card to see if there is any play there that will allow the card to seat?
