Hi, I got an EVGA GTX770 used from someone and installed it in my PC today. While messing around in various programs I noticed that when I ran something like unigine heaven power % goes to 99%, power limit goes to 1 and my core clock starts to gradually go down from its targeted core of 1250mhz all the way to 790mhz while power % stays at 99% and power limit stays at 1.
Why do you think this is happening? My temperatures are more than fine, going to about 60C max. Oh and in the fur stress tests it goes all the way down to 667MHz.
I have a 500W PSU, and previously had a GTX 480 in there that didnt have this problem.
