Tomorrow i'm picking up a 760 and was wondering if my psu will work. It has one VGA Power connector but is branches into two 8 pin connectors. The Card need one 8 and one 6 pin connector so i'm wondering if it is ok to use the single cable. I have a 500 watt Bronze evga unit and had a 1050 hooked up for the last 6 months but got a good deal on this so I am planning on selling it after testing it for a few hours.

You need both connectors, but normally 8 pin connectors have 2 pins that can be detached off the side so they can be used as 6 or 8 pin, is this not the case for your PSU ? It's not important if both go to the same cable though, it's designed to handle the load.

No there are two 6+2 connectors. I'm just making sure its ok to use both off one cable.
