GPU power fluctuation

Hi, I was hoping someone can help answer a question: Why would a graphics card fluctuate from 0% to 100% every second (according to Task Manager.) I don't have a lot of tech experience, so I appreciate any advice 🙂

Which problem occurs with it? What is a stuttering CPU? Frequency is raising and falling too? Does your PC lag or freeze or ,...?

Applications in the back or browsing or,... all kind of applications can be responsible for this. Drivers as well.

Whenever i am playing a game like R6 siege, out of no where the monitor gets no signal but the pc is still running so i normally just restart my pc because there is nothing else to do. The gpu video encode in the task manager jumps from 1 to 100% after i restart. And so are the compute 1 and compute 0 stats.

Nevermind I found out it was a faulty driver
