GPU Power limit 100% limitation

So in msi afterburner i've set the power limit to 114%, but kombustor is only showing it's going up to 100%. how can i fix this limitation?
I have the MSI GTX 660 ti

what is the limit power ?? voltage ?? you can't do it , except you get New bios for GPU but it's dangerous

No, the power limit. it's not voltage anyone should be able to do it as far as i know regardless of the bios. it's done in MSI Afterburner, all the tutorials i've seen say crank up the power limit to max, which mine is only 114%, and it's not even showing it's active at 114% in my benchmarking softwares

That means the VGA limits and nothing can be done anymore ..
bios GPU is not bios System .. the bios GPu for unlocked voltage for GPU and used in the after burner 😀

i'm not trying to unlock voltage though, take a look

Still doesn't work.. exact same problem even after updating
