Gpu power limit over 20% R9 270 ?

Hello guys,I was wondering how can I increase it more than 20% because I have a lag spike in afterburner.Also i see shuttering in games,and I read that this will help because the card isn't getting enough power.Thanks in advance!

Lagspikes are due something else, maybe your clocks are unstable. You dont need more than 20%.

CM TERMALMASTER 500W. What power supply should i get because it also limits my cpu overclock due to instability.Is this one good Corsair 600 Watt(CP-9020048-EU) Builder Series CX 80?
