GPU Power problem

I have warranty on my whole computer is it something i shall go to the shop with?

Oh btw, its a MSI GeForce GTX 660


Could it be drivers? I have the latest

It happends when i open Google Chrome also, then i wait and press around a little and then its fixed, strange :/
