GPU power to outlet?

Hey guys, I can use some advice if it's even possible. I want to mod my PC with a GPU where its power will connect directly to an outlet. My current setup is a store-bought with a 350W PSU that can't really handle more that what it's doing right now. And I'd rather avoid spending on another PSU and also having to re-connect everything over again. So basically, I'm asking if such a 6/8-pin-to-outlet cable exists...or maybe an adaptor? I've done a little searching and found none. Thanks.

As far as gaming and general productivity performance are concerned, 8GB RAM and an i7-3770 are not going to be obsolete any time soon. If you upgraded to the i7-6700, you would only get 20-25% more performance.
While it is technically possible to use a separate PSU for the GPU, that option is full of caveats and if something goes wrong, it may wreck your whole system.

Most store-bought PCs are fitted with poor quality PSUs and slapping two crappy PSUs in a PC doubles the number of things that can fail catastrophically. It is rarely worth the trouble and risk.

Thanks for the input. Yeah, I'm converting this into a gaming PC, and I guess the word 'obsolete' comes into play with the fps. My current GTX 750i is lagging a bit, especially playing The Division...Low-Med settings is like playing Minecraft to an extent. I'll just have to make do.
