Hi

As of recently my GPU went from around 35-45 (cant remember if it was upto 40 or 45) degrees to 49-51 on idle. I cleaned the computer with air spray, but I didn't take the GPU apart tho. Rebooted did everything expect that, yet it still stays there, and games like Witcher 3 it can reach uptill 71 degrees.

I looked further on a program called HWiNF and I wanna ask if this is normal for GPU power to be so high?

67C is not hot for a video card and your power is showing like 35 watts the card has like a 125 watt TDP.

The fans should not run till you hit around 60C or so.

I see no...

I see no problems.

If you wish you can download MSI afterburner and set a custom fan curve you can use just 2 points 50C=20% 70C = 100% then check the box to make it active when you boot the PC but from what you said your fine without it.
