Question Gpu Power(watts) suddenly drops from 40 to 29

Recently i noticed sudden fame drops while playing the witcher 3 it would drop from 60 fps to around 40. When I checked my gpu status with Gforce experience i found that my GPU power would drop form 49 to 29 which resulted in the fps drops. GPU temps look normal usually around 62c . Have the charger plugged in all the time while gaming.
Specs-
Ryzen 5 4600h
Gtx 1650 GDDR6
8gb DDR4 ram
Any help would be really appreciated

Rest seems fine preety much the same but the GPU power is the only drop as far as I can see
