Gpu Power Whine ;-;

Hello, I have been getting Whine from my Gpu recently and It is really starting to get annoying. I was just wondering a few things, (Also, I have already checked and it is not the fans )

Is this making my performance in games drop (I'm not sure If this pc is running at full potential)?

Is this Damaging the Gpu (Making it more Hot) or anything else in my Pc?

Could I get a replacement Gpu?

And could someone explain why this is happening?

My Specs:
CPU:6700k with Hyper 212 evo
GPU:Gigabye G1 980ti
Powersupply: 750watt Bronze rated
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 3
Ram:Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200mhz

Its called coil whine, very common, doesn't actually cause a problem just annoying noise. Google coil whine to learn more.

You first need to pinpoint if its coming from the graphics card or the PSU (the two most common places)

Coil whine can be used for RMA reason according to my experience.
You just have to make sure it is really coming from the GPU.
