I've already tried:
  1. Resetting the BIOS
  2. Clean install of windows 10
  3. Uninstalling the onboard graphics drivers
  4. Installing the NVIDIA drivers while using the onboard graphics
GPU: GTX 780
MOBO: B85- G43 Gaming

Got a new motherboard from newegg that i just installed. GPU fan is running(which i think means its on) but no detection on Device manager and BIOS. Tried to install drivers but was not detected.

Don't know what to do to make it show up on my PC

Which PSU do you have ? Did you properly connect the PCI-E connectors to the GPU ? What does it say under the Device Manager settings, "Microsoft basic Windows Adapter" ?

Do you also have the latest BIOS installed of your system ? Which GPU brand is it, the GTX 780 ?

Before checking your software suggest you Make sure you installed your GPU properly which might be the issue.
