Last question, what's the difference between mini and regular?

Mini can fit inside most cpu cases, but its overclocking potential will be limited since it has only one fan. The regular ones with two fans can be overclocked better. I suggest you to go for the cheapest GTX1060 6gb you can find since overclocking may or may not give you a boost in performance but the life of your GPU will be limited by overclocking. (I have killed my last two GPUs by overclocking)

Go for the mini Gtx1060 and don't overclock it.
